Services include safety briefings, certified guides, standard safety equipment (helmet and life jacket), and transport to the rafting put-in point where stated in your package.

Rafting is an outdoor adventure activity. River conditions, routes, and session duration may vary based on water level, weather, and operational assessments made for participant safety.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings may be made through our website booking form, phone, WhatsApp, or other official channels we publish. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge availability for your chosen date and time slot.

  • Quoted prices are per person unless otherwise stated in the package description.
  • Group rates and custom packages are subject to separate confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and participant information.
  • Full or partial payment requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility and participant responsibilities

Participants must meet minimum age and fitness requirements communicated at booking. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where required.

  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy that may affect safe participation.
  • Follow all instructions from guides and staff before, during, and after the session.
  • Wear appropriate clothing (quick-dry synthetic fabrics; avoid cotton and loose jewellery).
  • Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if, in our reasonable judgment, a person cannot participate safely.

4. Safety, equipment, and assumption of risk

Rafting involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, cold water exposure, capsizing, collision with rocks or other objects, and physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with safety rules.

We provide helmets and life jackets (PFDs) and conduct pre-trip briefings. You must wear provided safety equipment at all times on the water unless a guide instructs otherwise. Personal items such as phones, wallets, and jewellery should not be taken on the raft unless securely stored as directed by staff.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellations by you should be communicated as early as possible. Refund and rescheduling terms depend on notice period and whether costs have already been incurred (e.g. guide allocation, transport).

  • Sessions cancelled by us due to unsafe river conditions, severe weather, or operational reasons will be rescheduled or refunded as agreed at the time of cancellation.
  • Late arrival or no-show may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

Specific refund percentages for customer-initiated cancellations will be confirmed in your booking communication.

6. Weather and river conditions

Rafting operates subject to river safety assessments. Water levels change with season and rainfall; monsoon periods may offer stronger flow but also stricter operational limits. We may shorten, reroute, postpone, or cancel a session when conditions are unsafe.

7. Conduct and photography

Disruptive, abusive, or reckless behaviour toward staff, other guests, or the environment may result in removal from the activity without refund. Respect local communities, wildlife, and leave-no-trace practices along the river corridor.

We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional use unless you opt out by informing us before the session. Do not use drones at the site without prior written permission.
